1. Install the boss on the sensor and tighten it on the metal plate with screws, nuts or pressing plates. When installing sensors, it is forbidden to machine axles and shells, such as turning and drilling, so as to avoid the impact and pressure of the axles or shells from the outside world. The axial and radial direction of the axles are not allowed to be subjected to impact and pressure (static pressure should be less than 300n). It is strictly prohibited to loose the screws on the sensor and rotate the tightening ring position.

2. When the sensor is connected with other parts, attention should be paid to keeping the axis line in a straight line (including the working state). If the axis line has deviation, it is suggested to use universal joint or bellows and other transfer parts to avoid the sensor out of the shaft bending deformation, damage other devices, thereby affecting the use.

3. Water droplets, vapors, solvents and corrosive gases should be prevented from invading the sensor, and metal scraps or other powder should be prevented from entering the sensor.

4. The external wiring of the sensor should be welded at the waist slot of the lead-out end, and should not be welded at the top of the lead-out end as far as possible. When welding, electric chromite should not be larger than 45W, and the welding time should be less than 5 seconds. Wire should not be pulled when welding and uncooled to avoid brush wire or the entire lead-out end being pulled out or even falling off. The welding time should be shortened to avoid the flux vapor entering the sensor through the lead-out end, resulting in the vapor deposited on the surface of the resistance element after cooling, resulting in the equivalent noise resistance deterioration, or even open circuit.
