The aerial work vehicle is used for more than 3 meters, by the hydraulic or electric system to control a number of hydraulic cylinders, can carry out up and down lifting operations of special vehicles, sometimes also known as the elevator. Because the weight of the supporting arm of the crank-arm aerial vehicle is generally larger, the larger torque is usually produced during the telescopic operation, which is easy to cause the body instability and cause overturning. The magnitude of the torque is only related to the force and effective distance it produces. When the crank arm is gradually deployed, the torque of the working platform relative to the chassis will increase; at the same time, when the angle of the supporting arm structure relative to the horizontal plane becomes smaller, the torque generated by the working platform will also increase.


In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the crank-arm aerial vehicle in operation, the inclination angle sensor is needed to measure the inclination angle of the supporting arm relative to the horizontal plane, so as to prevent the overturning moment from being too large. In the process of operation, there are usually different topographic conditions, so it is very important to ensure the level of the working vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the chassis of the crank-type aerial vehicle by using the inclination module.
